Conference: The Sustainable Use of Artificial Intelligence in Legal Work
Modern technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), is transforming the work of lawyers at an ever-increasing pace, and substantive answers are needed to resolve the dilemmas associated with this. The opportunity to develop these answers may arise through ongoing dialogue among the professionals involved; however, few such opportunities have arisen so far. We can provide long-term, effective solutions to the problems that arise in legal practice only if we move beyond ad hoc solutions and treating symptoms, and instead seek to understand the essence and deeper layers of the problem.
The purpose of our event is to provide a platform for the youngest generation of researchers to make their voices heard in this discourse, as part of a series of events organized at the ELTE Faculty of Law’s Institute for Legal Research in collaboration with the MTA/ELTE Algorithmic Constitutionalism Momentum Research Group.
