Roundtable Talk - The Judicial Use of Artificial Intelligence

With the cooperation of the National Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence and the Algorithmic Constitutionalism Lenület Research Group, the Institute for Legal Studies lauched a new event series in autumn 2025 under the title:

Sustainable use of artificial intelligence in legal work

The topic of the fourth event in the series is the judicial use of artificial intelligence, with a special focus on generative AI. We will review the most important areas of application, the regulatory attempts made so far, and the relevant case law available from various parts of the world, and explore possible directions for future developments.
